Who is it for?

1) The yoga teacher who is ready to take the next step in their teaching career by broadening their experience and offering to include the balancing gift of Yin Yoga

2) For practitioners who are interested to learn how to create a safe and sustainable home practice of Yin yoga


These trainings will take place over a 9 day period, with 6 days of 4-6 hour LIVE lectures, discussions, asana labs and yin classes. Live sessions will take place somewhere between 1.30pm and 7pm (Bali time).


Pre-recorded yoga classes and pranayama sessions are scheduled for you to take on specific days (at times of your choice) during the 9 day training. Along with some course content and articles to read, and some homework/journaling assignments.


There will be flexibility for students who are unable to make all live sessions. For these students, or those in different time zones, the videos will be recorded and can be viewed after the live time.

MODULE 2 will provide you with a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of functional yin yoga, while delving even deeper into TCM with a focus on Chinese Meridians, Five Element Theory & subtle energy body. We will explore how to communicate the physical, mental AND energetic benefits of this practic, along with discussion around nervous system health and pranayama. Sequencing training will be focused specifically on chinese meridians and five element theory with homework assignments to explore teaching special populations

Module 3 – Functional Sequencing


There will be a small number of assignments/readings given to you during the course of the YTT to ensure that you are absorbing the information you are being taught. Topics will vary, and some will be written and some practical according to student needs.

Our Lead Trainer

Caroline is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, Qualified Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance

She has been teaching and sharing yoga for over 9 years now, as well as teaching YTT 200 Hour Vinyasa Programs & Yin YTT for over 4 years, and currently teaches hundreds of public classes each year.

Caroline has taught well over 8000 hours of public and private classes, workshops and retreats. Caroline was trained in Yin Yoga & Chinese Medicine by Jo Phee in 2015 (Perth, Australia), and Myo-Fascial Release in 2017 (Berlin, Germany), the Lead Assistant to the Founders of Yin Yoga Paul Grilley & Sarah Powers. She has also studied Yin & Mindfulness with Sarah Powers in January 2020 in Ubud, Bali

We are the first yoga school in Nusa Lembongan that is an RYS (Registered Yoga School) with the Yoga Alliance, the governing body of YTT Programs.
