Treat Yourself in the Morning
Say goodbye to 2018 and all that no longer serves you with a cleansing and detoxifying Vinyasa Flow with our lead trainer Caroline. You’ll be guided into a calming and grounding Yin practice, releasing fear for your JOURNEY ahead. Recharging your power house of chi – the kidneys, opening your heart meridian and chakra to your fullest potential and then balancing energetically with some calming, nourishing hormone balancing shapes. Enjoy the sweetest Nidra to guide you into knowing what you want for your year ahead. Awakening to journaling and setting ourselves clear goals for the months ahead.
Treat Yourself in the Afternoon
We’ll pause for everyone to enjoy some lunch, before transporting ourselves to the fabulous @tonicbodyandsoul for an afternoon of magical spa bliss. “Treat Yourself” to the Goddess Ritual package with a beautiful Tonic Signature Aroma Massage followed by a 30 minute Sensatia Botanicals Facial, High Island Tea Grazing Pamper Escape and a glass of bubbles. Finished off with a dose of your favourite Oracle cards for 2019 manifestations!
